FNSI results

I decided to pull out an old UFO to work on last night. This is what I started with...

What are they? Well it's the start of a market bag, with outer pockets on each side.
But I didn't get too far on it. Kinda got sidetracked in watching Nik Wallenda complete the wire walk across Niagara Falls. We talked of going to see it as it's not far from us, but then decided against it due to the crowds. I'm so glad he made it!
Anyways, I did manage to get the outer part done with lots of top-stitching.

Why do cats always do this, just when you're about to take a picture? Both of mine do it all the time!

Now I'm working on the lining with some inner pockets and the handles. So it's not done, but at least it's further along than it was, and I think I'll get it finished now.
FNSI's are great! Thanks for dropping by!

My daughter here in Aust was watching that on her laptop yesterday! I am glad he made it too. I look forward to seeing your finished bag also. Love FNSIs even if I can sew whenever I choose. It is great to be able to see what others are creating and very motivating to try different things also. As for animals our cat is not too bad but our doogie is a shocker lol she's more cat than the cat!

Dogs do the same! Seeing a project on the floor is like an open invitation to have a snooze on it!

I LOVE that flower fabric...this is going to be a gorgeous bag. About cats, any time I set anything on the floor, even if it didn't resemble a bed or blanket, one of them would immediately seat herself on it and settle in. They do think that everything is for their enjoyment :)

Hello, congratulations on your work. I am sorry that the dog is gone.
I sent an email with flowers curtain. I won this curtain in a workshop course that I did. Thanks¡
